Personal Coaching
Are you Ready?
- Is it time for a change in your life?
- Having trouble setting your personal goals?
- Need to disrupt the status quo flow in your life?
- Need help staying on track and focused to achieve your goals?
- Need help creating new skills to form lifelong habits?
- Want to play at a higher level of excellence and create something
bigger than yourself?
Personal one-on-one coaching is the answer! It is an interruption
in your life's status quo. The time spent in coaching lets you change
your life, your world and the universe.
You are a good coaching candidate
- When you take on a vision that is so big you have no idea of
how to do it alone
- When there is a real sense of confusion and uncertainty
- When you are stuck and life has no clarity
- When your performance dictates how much money you will make
- Where more of the same in life is no longer good enough
- When you hit the wall in your 30's, 40's or 50's and ask "is
this all there is"
- When you know you need to effect significant change
- When the pain of living the same old way is too painful to endure
- pain often initiates the most effective change
Often, bright, successful people feel like we are alone and we create
bottlenecks to success. This is not a fault; it just means we lack
the knowledge or skills to create "team" in their life.
We need help exercising "team muscles" to gain the strength
to have a more fulfilled life.
Who we are and what we have taken on in our life becomes much bigger
than what we can do by ourselves. As a personal coach, I am a component
in your success. I help you achieve more powerful results and form
deeper and more fulfilling relationships.
Our typical client has established objectives. Our initial meeting
can be held in person, by phone or by email. It will include myself,
and possibly others in my team who I feel can best address your
challenges. We listen intently to the description of your situation.
We create a plan to help you define your business goals. Our combined
years of experience give us the expertise to understand what you
need.
We will be with you through every step in the process. As the owner,
my role is a manager and advisor. I select and assign team members
if required to create a time line and I remain a member of all teams.
And
.if we haven't mentioned a service you require here, it
does not mean we can't do it, so just ask us.
Many coaches will tell you they have all the
answers. I do not. I trust YOU have the wisdom in
your own heart to solve even the toughest
challenges. It takes courage to go to your heart
where the knowing is and trust yourself. I help
my clients find that inner wisdom. I do not tell
you what to do. I urge you on and help you reveal
your inner core knowledge.
Fear keeps people from going down the right path.
It is often scary and takes the BIG EFFORT. So
people stop themselves. They get overwhelmed.
The next step may be a big one and to be willing
and able to take the leap, you often need someone
to take your hand and help you find that inner
strength.
Business Men's Retreats
What does the business world do to the decision-making process?
How often do anger and other emotions get in the way of achieving
your goals and growing your business? How can men learn to work
together for the most successful outcome?
We take men away from their usual surroundings, cell phones and
beepers and encourage them to stretch their minds while performing
tasks outside their level of expertise. Participants in this invigorating
experience return to their businesses with a renewed sense of the
possible and a greater faith in their innate capabilities. They
will have learned how to trust more deeply and face competition
with greater confidence. The experience allows them to embrace their
anger, express their fears, deal with grief and adversity, and connect
with all their emotions on a new and confident level. Participants
learn how to effectively get recognition. This retreat can be with
members of one company or different companies.
John Stob is a highly qualified facilitator. He and other expert
facilitator associates conduct retreat lasting from one day to one
week.

Family-Owned Business Retreats - A one day or weekend session
How is the interaction in your family-owned businesses? Are you
communicating? Is everyone being heard? Do you like each other and
want to make a success of this endeavor? Does your company have
a succession plan?
This retreat involves the key principals of the company who are
actively involved and can also involve spouses. This experience
increases the level of trust, creates an environment of sharing
where people can discuss their fears, expectations, hopes and dreams.
It leaves participants with a clearer view of their role in the
family and the business. Some of the topics we can address include
succession and disaster planning, levels of involvement, selection
of key players, compensation and managing expectations. Non-family
members can be brought in for part of the weekend to give valuable
input. Because every family is unique, every retreat is customized
to the needs of the group. We will meet with you in advance to determine
your goals and objectives. Facilitators will be customized to your
family situation and your industry.
